We at Full of Ideas Publishing take great care to quality check all of our products prior to shipping. If any of our products are damaged during transit, please contact Canada Post to discuss this with them.
ELECTRONIC PRODUCTS
All of our electronic products, such as e-books, are made available free of any digital rights management. This means that our electronic products do not contain security technology that limits your usage of them. You may copy, store and burn these products as reasonably necessary for personal, noncommercial use. You are authorized to use the electronic products only for personal, non-commercial use, and not for redistribution, transfer, assignment or sublicence, to the extent permitted by law.
Once an electronic product has been purchased, you will have two (2) opportunities to download it within seven (7) days from the date of purchase. You will have to re-purchase the electronic product once either of these two conditions has expired.

Content received through fullofideas.ca may be used for your personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to modify, reproduce, retransmit, transfer, distribute, disseminate, sell, broadcast, perform, create derivative works from, make available to third parties or circulate the content received through fullofideas.ca to anyone or to exploit any such content for commercial or noncommercial purposes without the express prior written consent of Full of Ideas Publishing.
By posting reviews, inputting data, suggesting ideas or engaging in any other form of communication through fullofideas.ca, you irrevocably agree that any such content, and all intellectual property rights associated therewith, shall become the sole property of Full of Ideas Publishing. We may copy, sublicense, adapt, publicly perform, display or otherwise exploit any such content and rights in any manner whatsoever, throughout the world, in perpetuity, without any obligation to make any payment to you or others or to give you credit. In addition, you waive all moral rights in your Submissions.
